Phase 1 | The materials enter the blanching machine and are smoothly fed into the tank through the feeding conveyor belt to be processed, such as vegetables and fruits. |
Phase 2 | During the heating and blanching stage, the hot water in the tank is maintained at the set temperature (60-100 ℃) through a heating tube, and the material is completely immersed in water for blanching treatment. |
Phase 3 | After the material is blanched, it is sent out by the discharge conveyor belt, and the moisture attached to the surface naturally drips down, entering the subsequent cooling process. |
