As the "heart" of packaging equipment, the high-precision weighing system is the key to ensuring the accuracy of material packaging. It consists of an independent mechanical weighing hopper and a high-performance sensing module working in precise coordination to achieve a perfect balance between speed and accuracy. Depending on the characteristics of the packaged materials, smooth-surface weighers and patterned-surface weighers are available.
Weighing system - smooth surface
The smooth-surface weighing head is made of high-quality stainless steel, precision-polished, with a smooth and clean surface, excellent overall sealing, smooth and unobstructed material feeding, and minimal accumulation of dust and material residue, making daily cleaning simple and convenient. It is suitable for free-flowing, dry, non-sticky granular materials, providing accurate and stable measurement, wear and corrosion resistance, and a long service life. It is the mainstream preferred accessory for packaging general materials such as grains, feed, and chemical granules.
Weighing system - patterned surface
The patterned-surface weighing head features an anti-slip patterned treatment on the stainless steel base surface, with uniformly textured grooves. This effectively increases the friction of the material contact surface, slows down the material's descent speed, avoids measurement deviations caused by excessive flow rate, and provides excellent material control. The textured design reduces the adhesion of damp and lightweight materials to the wall, and is suitable for slippery materials such as nuts, dried fruits, and irregularly shaped granules. It ensures even and stable feeding, greatly improving packaging weighing accuracy and equipment operation stability.

1. Graded Feeding System
Functional Adaptability: For particles with varying flowability, the system allows for flexible switching between fast and slow feeding speeds via pneumatic gates or screw feeders.
For fragile particles such as feed, a feed chute with a buffer device is designed to strictly control the breakage rate to ≤0.5%.
2. Intelligent Temperature Control Sealing System
Intelligent Control: Both heat sealing and sewing sealing modes are precisely controlled by PLC logic to ensure standardized operations.
PID Precise Adjustment: The system intelligently adjusts the heat sealing temperature based on different packaging materials such as PE film and composite film to ensure a strong seal without burn-through.
