Automatic Cap-Tightening Machine
Equipped with four rubber sealing heads, suitable for bottle caps of various shapes.As the bottles enter the capping zone via the conveyor belt, four rubber wheels symmetrically grip the caps from both sides and rotate at high speed, using friction to smoothly and rapidly screw the threaded caps down tight.
Stainless steel slat chain conveyor
The high-performance variable-speed motor enables synchronized control with the capping machine's cap-gripping, cap-placing, and tightening speeds. Fine-tuning via a variable frequency drive allows for precise adjustment of the bottle feeding pace, preventing issues such as toppled bottles, liquid splashing, or missed tightening caused by speed mismatches.
Touchscreen control panel
Equipped with an intuitive control panel supporting both Chinese and English interfaces, it allows for real-time adjustment and setting of torque, capping speed, and gripper stroke.
Pneumatic or electric motor
The equipment is usually equipped with a pneumatic or electric motor, can lock multiple bottles per minute, and is compatible with a variety of bottle caps. The main body of the fuselage is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
